Ebony is highly regarded for her excellence in leadership and organizational development. She brings nearly 24 years of experience in administration, strategic planning, program/people management, and equity and inclusion training in both the publicly funded and non-profit behavioral health system.

Ebony works from a premise of collaboration and relationships, based on respect, shared interests, and goals with recognition that people are at the core of organizations and communities.

In the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, one of Ebony’s strengths is her ability to navigate the minefield of different viewpoints, openness, and levels of understanding.  Anyone who has been a part of or led discussions relating to equity in an organization understands that individuals will bring many different perspectives to the discussion, not all of which are enthusiastic about the topic or even in agreement that it is important. Ebony understands and expects this and, after years of equity work, is able to skillfully and respectfully engage people at all levels and perspectives.  She is widely recognized for her skill in respectfully conversing with individuals and groups on the most difficult and sensitive topics, and her ability to reach through even the most “closed” minds and create genuine new interest and awareness.
