From policy to practice Ebony will provide an array of services:
I believe that it is through humility, awareness and responsiveness we will not only reach our potential as people, but also find the strength we need to lead our communities. These are the principles that have guided my career and my development journey.
I am a passionate leader – leading people and communities with authenticity, compassion, and understanding. A trusted force among my colleagues and throughout Oregon, I do my best not to lose sight of my story and lived experience in advocating for equity, diversity, and inclusion in systems, policies, organizations, and the community.
I center my efforts around equity in all that I do. At all tables I ask how Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) voices, consumer/client voices, and those most impacted by the discussion have been included. In this way, I see my work to operationalize racial equity and social justice principles in my professional and personal affairs –ensuring the world is left more just than it was when we began.
